1:1 Sex Coaching

Each session is centered around you. We’ll explore your goals, sexual history, desires, and any challenges you're facing. This might include building confidence, deepening self-awareness, exploring fantasies, or working through shame, anxiety, or disconnection. Sessions often include education, guided exercises, and practical tools—like breathwork, communication skills, and body-based practices—to help you reconnect with your pleasure and create the erotic life you want.

Whether you are monogamous or non-monogamous, this coaching is for partners looking to reconnect intimately, explore sexual desires, or deepen their connection.

We’ll focus on your shared goals—whether that's improving communication, reigniting desire, navigating mismatched libidos, or exploring new dynamics like kink or non-monogamy. You’ll learn tools for deepening trust, talking about sex more openly, and building a more connected erotic life together. Each session offers space for honest conversation, new skills, and supportive guidance.

$225 per hour or $215 per hour if bought in bulk (3+ sessions) for more than 2 partners.

Appointment-free, flexible, and direct sex coaching

Email & messaging sex coaching is a written/text coaching service where coaching occurs through emails and/or a secure messaging app. You will receive ongoing support with your questions and concerns, exercises, and recommendations. This is flexible and on your own time.
You will receive unlimited text and audio notes during coaching hours. In-depth emails with personalized resources and exercises, home assignment.

You should expect to understand your preferences and needs when it comes to toys. I will guide you through safe and high-quality materials, help you explore different features, and provide tailored recommendations that fit your budget. Just keep in mind that my role is to offer suggestions based on your answers, and the actual toys are not included in this consultation.

This consultation is for people 21 and over who are curious about sex toys and want personalized guidance in choosing their next one. It's especially helpful since more than half of sex toys are bought online, where shoppers often miss out on the in-person support they’d get in stores—or for those who don’t feel comfortable shopping in public and would otherwise go without that guidance.
